We can give you a price estimation based on the type of product you are after if you supply us with the dimensions (width and projection in metres). A photo is always handy for us as it enables us to ascertain whether the product type is actually applicable and the best option for your area.
We will aim to send you a Price Estimation within five working days and if we aren’t able to do so, we will contact you. This will help you decide whether the product is within your budget.
You can then contact us to arrange an onsite consultation.
At a time suitable for you, we will arrange a consultation where we can discuss your ‘wish list’ for your outdoor area. For example, do you want to use your outdoor space for entertaining or to keep the sun out? Perhaps you’d like a makeover of your outdoor area and require some small building works, which may require a DA application.
Our experienced consultant will advise you on the best products and designs to meet your needs.
A thorough measure of the area, whether it’s a window, a courtyard, a deck, veranda or a cover over a pool will give us dimensions to work with. We can also provide colour swatches for fabrics and powder coating and look through examples of other design elements required.
After the consultation, we will arrange a firm quotation with all the items specified as per our discussion with you.
Depending on the scope of the project, this may take five to ten working days as some products may need to be sourced from overseas.
Once you have received your quotation you may want to discuss any changes to the specifications with us. We will resubmit an amended quotation to reflect the variations to the original quotation.
Placing your order
If you wish to proceed with the project, please notify us either by phone or by email. We will confirm the finishes and details of the project, the expected lead time and request a deposit to confirm your order:
For orders over $5,000 we will issue you with an invoice requesting 10% of total quotation amount, which is payable immediately to secure your order. We can then commence design of the project and procurement of materials. 10 days after the deposit has been received by us, a further 50% of the quoted value will be required to enable production of your project. The balance of 40% will be due on the day of installation.
For orders under $5,000 a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your order and for procurement of materials. The balance of 50% will be due on the day installation.
Our project managers will work towards ensuring your project is completed and delivered within the expected lead time and to provide you with the best quality products.
If there are unexpected delays in production, we will keep you informed and updated.
We will call you when completion of manufacturing is approaching to arrange a suitable day and time for installation.
Our aim is to complete the installation with expertise and efficiency so that you can enjoy your new outdoor space, or sun/shade product as soon as possible.
We ask that the final payment be made on the day of installation at which time we will issue you with the final invoice.
