With the increased numbers of COVID-19 positive cases, we are working through staff shortages from suppliers and our own team. We are doing our best to navigate through this time to meet our commitments to our clients whilst keeping the community and our staff safe and well.

What’s changing?

Measures & Quotes

We continue to conduct measures and quotes in and outside homes. However, we ask that if you have been unwell, in contact with someone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19 (in whichever variant), or have recently been overseas, that you have a COVID test with a negative result before we meet with you. There may be some changes to appointments as we work around any staff members who are off sick with COVID or are close contacts.

Wearing of masks is no longer required outside, but we will continue to take that extra bit of safety by wearing masks at appointments.

Now that the Christmas rush is over and we are already into 2022, we hope to resume standard turn around times for installations. Although due to the global pandemic, there are still delays in areas such as the supply fabrics, motors, some parts, freight and staff shortages. This may impact our ability to deliver, but we will keep you updated if this is the case.

As mentioned above, shortages in staffe, parts and delays in freight coming from either inter-state or overseas has and probably will continue to have an impact on the manufacture of products. We ask that you be patient with us as we all work to do our best to produce, supply and install your retractable awnings, shade sails and retractable roofs.

What’s not changing?

1. Our home office remains open so we are happy to answer any questions you may have about your order.

2. Any email or website enquiries will be responded to, but given the extra enquiries and a few staff shortages, we may not make our our usual 24-hour turn-around-time. We will continue to provide you with expert advice on your shading requirement.

3. Our dedication to service and excellence in our products, designs and quality of workmanship.

We will follow government recommendations closely and will adjust our practices, accordingly, always erring on the side of caution.

We are looking forward to life returning to normal for all of us and trust you will all keep safe as we navigate our way through this time of crisis.

We are looking forward to better times when we can come together again and celebrate good health and well-being across the globe!

Out of Office Hours? We will call you back.
